On Friday 12/14 18:29 local time, 12/15 2:29 UTC, there was a nice
near-zenith pass from SSE-NNW of 10967 Seasat. Only predicted to reach
mag 3.1, but it reached near mag 1, brightening to mag 0 when high in
    the NW.

    Best, Mark
