IIRC Wayne Hale mentioned (carefully) that the object in question is an
SL-08 launched in 1971, and the PAO commentator today doesn't get tired to
mention that without the additional reboost the object might pass within 3
statute miles of the station on Sunday. Based on this, I tried a few
calculation runs, but no luck so far.
