    According to the NASA-TV schedule:

    http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/realdata/nasatv/schedule.html

    here is the schedule:

    2001 Dec 15 16:00 UTC STS 108 un-docking

    2001 Dec 15 16:20 UTC STS 108 begins fly-around inspection of ISS

2001 Dec 15 17:29 UTC STS 108 final separation manoeuvre

Western Europe will have a pass at about 16:52 UTC, when the objects
should still be reasonably close together.

By the time of the 2nd pass at about 18:28 UTC, the Shuttle should lead
ISS by about 25 s (time).
