In case Rob is "out of pocket", using his message, "Superbird A for 
Wednesday night, Nov. 7th" (Nov. 8 UTC):

it's possible to calculate a rough time to look, because it includes
approximate night-to-night changes in the phase-shift time.

I saw Superbird A last Saturday and Sunday evenings (Dec. 8 and 9 
local time) just after 4:00 UTC.
