ISS reboosts

    Saw an exceptionally bright pass of ISS/Endeavour approx 16:58 
    UT from UK. Based on the info Daniel Deak provided on ISS 
    Reboosts I expected a short pass over a couple of degrees of sky, 
    however I caught it later than expected and it was fully visible from 
    south to low east horizon
