    2001-044B (#26935) Titan 4B RB

    SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Dec 10, 01:04 UTC - shows the
    decay on
         10 December, 00:30 UTC +/- 07 minutes (16.0°N, 12.0°E)
on an ascending pass over Niger.

    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01343.862... - 01343.958...
    the decay on
         10 December, 00:28 UTC +/- 17 minutes (07.82°N, 13.55°E)
on the same pass over Nigeria/Cameroon.

With our common technique (Special Pertubation) it was very difficult to
predict this decayer with its permanent increasing ballistic coefficient
    during the 24 hours.
