on a descending pass over the Indian Ocean.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01339.307...- 01339.634...
the decay on
    05 December, 21:47 UTC +/- 22 minutes (6.10°N, 42.19°E)
also on a southbound pass over NE Africa.
