    The latest SELECT file from Alan's SatEvo site showed two additional
    objects from the recent GLONASS launch.  These are in elliptical,
    4.23 rev/day orbits.
    
    I don't recall the discussion but these are obviously from the transfer
    orbit prior to circularization of the SL-12 R/B (2).
    
    Magnitude around 11.6 yielding a standard magnitude of 8.  Range
    about 7300 km.
