    My Decay Watch page has been updated, including the final notice on the 
decay of JERS 1. I estimate that this decayed at December 3 13:33 +-20m 
UTC. The final elset shows it 4.2 sec late against the prediction I had 
posted earlier today. I show the re-entry on the approach to southern 
apex over Antarctica following a southbound track over the S Atlantic. 
My SatEvo-predicted elset for the start of the final rev is
