    Report time 15:30 UTC

    1992-007A (#21867) JERS 1

    SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Dec 03, 13:47 UTC - shows the
    decay on
         03 December, 13:28 UTC +/- 07 minutes (67.0°S, 340.0°E)
on a descending pass over the South Atlantic.

My final analysis with MPM+REENTRY and the ELSETs 01337.215...
    - 01337.458... delivers the decay on
         03 December, 13:28 UTC +/- 07 minutes (66.1°S, 340.23°E)
on the same pass over the South Atlantic.
This result is in good agreement with my preceding prediction.
