Report time 11:30 UTC 1998-066C (#25529) Iridium 85 SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Dec 30, 20:53 UTC - shows the decay on 30 December, 20:45 UTC +/- 01 hours (60.3°S, 192.2°E) on a northbound pass over the South Pacific. This is identical with their preceding 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY prediction. Surprisingly the decay slipped (unpredictable) over the day from rev to rev. My final analysis with MPM + REENTRY and actual solar flux and geomagnetic data shows the decay on 30 December, 20:20 UTC +/- 22 minutes (18.96°S, 26.68°E) on a descending pass over Africa (Botswana / Zimbabwe).
