    USA144 (99 28A) was about 3 seconds late on elset used by heavens-above.
    USA 129 was spot on the elset being used by heavens-above at 8UT Dec 29.
    It didnt flare though the path across the sky nearly same as December 25
    when it did.
     6347A observation just for old times sake!!
