SPACECOM'S  12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Dec 28, 16:32 UTC - predicts
the decay on        29 December, 04:47 UTC +/- 08 hours (45.0°N, 166.0°E)
on a southbound pass over the Pacific.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00363.254... and 00363.562... the decay on
                    29 December, 03:29 UTC +/- 22 minutes (06.08°N, 205.82°E)
also on a descending pass over the Pacific.
