Hi folks: Followed the bright orange-yellow unmanned Mir (0.8 mag) in 7 x 50 binos sailing not far from the False Cross Vela this morning 12/27 06:25 am ( 12/26 UT 22.41). Viewed in-door through my window. Last night 12/26, viewed Noss 2-2 triplets sailing pass Grus's mu1/mu2. From the monitor screen only manage to see two of three members. Both were mag +8.0. Notice they gain visual magnitude as they moved towards higher elevation. rgds ykChia http://www.geocities.com/ykchia_1999/index.html ----------------------------------------------------------------- Unsubscribe from SeeSat-L by sending a message with 'unsubscribe' in the SUBJECT to SeeSat-L-request@lists.satellite.eu.org http://www2.satellite.eu.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
