ISS/Mir close approach

    According to STS Plus with pretty fresh TLEs, the ISS and Mir 
    should come fairly close to each other in daylight at 19:34 UTC 
    today over North Island, New Zealand.
    
    I wonder if they'll try to visually check Mir's health from the 
    ISS.
