1987-109E (#18719) Proton DM Stage AUX MOT

Alan showed the decay two revs later than SPACECOM's estimate :
            20 December, 21:21 UTC +/- 30 minutes (23.8°S, 176.6°W)

I can confirm this. MPM + REENTRY delivered with the last two ELSETs:
            20 December, 21:29 UTC +/- 11 minutes (20.04°S, 193.13°E)
on a northbound pass over the Pacific. (I posted it on Dec 22 but apparently it 
don't appeared on the list.)
