1997-085B (#25124) START 1 Upper Stage (EarlyBird RB)

SPACECOM's final message - prepared Dec 12, 19:42 UTC - shows the decay on
                  12 December, 17:22 UTC +/- 27 minutes (44.6°S, 97.2°E)
on a northbound pass over the Indian Ocean.
This is in good agreement with my preceding prediction. There is no new ELSET
and my last result remains unchanged:
                 12 December, 17:19.5 UTC +/- 08 minutes /55.45°S, 101.10°E)
also over the Indian Ocean but far in the South.
