SPACECOM'S   2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY  message - prepared Dec 12, 15:10 UTC - 
predicts             12 December, 17:22 UTC +/- 03 hours (45.1°S, 97.4°E)
on a northbound pass over the Indian Ocean.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00347.243... - 00347.486... the decay on  
                     12 December, 17:19.5 UTC +/- 08 minutes (55.45°S, 101.10°E)
on the same pass far South over the Indian Ocean.
