Hi Kevin Here from the NRB with some news on the mystery ISS dimmings.
I ran inside after seeing ISS and Re-ran the Simulation of the ISS ST.4a, and
suprised to find out that at that exact time a shadow from the Right-Top-Panel
was on 70% of the Zvenda Module. So everyone iss is in fact in a Solar Panel 
shadow on some passes.
