Hi this is Kevin Martin Here from NRB,If you would like to know what makes 
the 
NOAA satellite flare then Email Me and ill give you a 3-D model of what it 
looks
like.If you guessed the solar panel.You guess incorrect.NOAA has 16 mirrors
on each side of the bus.Many flares happen in intervals of 5 seconds.
It is possible to see 4 spectacular flares if NOAA is at Zenith Pass.

Note:NOAA preduces flares passing zenith in between 80-90 degrees.
