SPACECOM'S  1 DAYS BEFORE DECAY  message - prepared Dec 11, 17:20 UTC - shows the
decay on           12 December, 17:39 UTC +/- 15 hours (23.0°N, 83.0°E)
on a northbound pass over India.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00346.203... - 00346.632... the decay on
                   12 December, 17:36 UTC +/- 44 minutes (25.72°N, 82.36°E)
on the same pass over India.
