I have updated the elements using observations by Tony Beresford, Jim McManus and Greg Roberts, during 2000 Dec 01 - 05 UTC: USA 129 15.0 3.0 0.0 5.1 v 1 24680U 96072A 00340.88811921 .00043021 00000-0 61066-3 0 04 2 24680 97.8637 40.9250 0512360 141.3474 222.5661 14.75043055 01 Mean residuals are about 0.01 deg. The decline in eccentricity and argument of perigee, as compared with those of the elements posted soon after the manoeuvre, appears to be the result of having a greater number of points with which to define the orbit. The latest result is in better agreement with the pre-manoeuvre elements.
