In IOD format. Also saw USA 129 on time, however
lack of finger co-ordination with the stopwatch
had me timimg interval between two positions!
USA 129 had its usual -1 flare just after passing Archenar.
These flares always occur when satellite is to west of me,
never on passes to the East of me.
