    Herewith last nights observation USA129 in IOD format:
    
    24680 96 072A   0433 F 20001203201603620 27 25 0713200-483080 56 I-010 02
    
    Element set 7000U, epoch 334.87885417 is SPOT ON - okay maybe a second or
    two out, but geometry 100%.
    Did two bright flashes, seperated by about a second or two,to negative
    magnitudes.
