The Tsyklon-2 rocket that launched Cosmos 2361 earlier today is decaying
rapidly, though there are too few elsets for my usual analysis. Taking
just the latest elset...
Cosmos 2361 r 2.5 2.0 0.0 6.0 d 5 317 x 111 km
1 26041U 99072B 99360.58678733 .57321647 90390-5 71403-3 0 73
2 26041 65.0114 248.3941 0156166 51.8576 19.5338 16.22194770 42
...I get a decay at Dec 26 18:29 UTC +-3h near 59.3 N, 73.1 W over N
Quebec, Canada. Its deep perigee occurs a little earlier over southern
Minnesota. If it continues in orbit, it crosses Europe from the Shetland
Is at 18:38 UTC to Bulgaria at 18:43, passing N of Berlin at 18:40. My
SatEvo-predicted elset for the final rev is:
Cosmos 2361 r 2.5 2.0 0.0 6.0 d 5 165 x 101 km
1 26041U 99072B 99360.75826221 1.86980953 24083+2 80052-3 0 90074
2 26041 65.0018 247.7392 0048937 51.7743 308.6652 16.52411082 74
SpaceCom has a later decay at Dec 26 20:37 +-4h at 35.3 S, 43.3 E.
