82-41C recovered

I saw this satellite this morning in my 8" Dobsonian at magnification
x38, varying between mag +9 and +9.5 just as the dawn was starting to
become apparent.  It was running nearly 6 minutes early on Mike McCants'
orbit from 83 days ago:
