This agrees very with the last SatEvo and MPM predictions

1995-016D (23539) SPELDA
The last OIG (USSPACECOM) prediction is
                  Dec 29,  04:21.00 UTC +/- 7 hours
With the last ELSET (98362.68402894) the MPM estimate shows
                  Dec 29,  05:23  UTC  +/- 02 hours
