I have been trying to check this object (id# 13807) off my observing list for the past week without much luck. Quicksat gives it a mag estimate of around 5 and an uncertainty of zero for the time of passage. Therefore the sat should be routine with my 10X50 binocs. I queried OIG for the latest eleset and calls it Cosmos 1275 Deb which suggests it might be smaller than your typical rocket body. Anyone have this one on their observing log?
