Greetings,

Observed SL-08 R/B from recent CIS launch on p.m. pass over Melbourne Dec 26
22:44 (11:44 UTC). Measured 17.5 second photometric period, despite several
problems. Patchy cloud cover conspired with batteries in my binoculars
going flat during the pass, ruining an otherwise decent zenithal pass.
Invisible maximum with fairly bright pronounced maximum of around mag +2.
Could not see Cosmos 2361 (#25590) trailing. I assume the intrinsic
brightness of this sat is fairly low. OIG still hasn't catalogued anything
for #25591. Elsets as follows.
