I observed Cosmos 2335 #24670 about 1.5 degrees above Merek in Ursa Major at
00:39:10 +/- 1 sec 25 Dec UT using this elset:
Cosmos 2335 6.0 0.0 0.0 4.2 v 324 x 204 km
1 24670U 96069A 98357.39418792 .00735286 69649-5 67428-3 0 1637
2 24670 65.0185 305.5366 0089957 263.1890 95.9004 16.03761602115197
I did not time it's tumble rate but it wasn't by any means flashing, just a
slow steady roll. Checking my notes of my previous sighting of C 2335 at
00:42:25 24 Dec UT, the time and location was in error however i did
correctly record that it passed directly due north of my location 00:43:03
+/- 1 sec 24 Dec UT.
Also despite a predicted magnitude 2.8 pass of Lacrosse 2 r #21148 at
00:59:44 25 Dec UT, i did not see it between 00:56:00 and 01:03:00.
