A chart of the increase of #24670 Mean Motion increase is available

It shows almost linear decrease of MM, which is not consistent with
normal decay, nor with continous operation of a constant-thrust orbit
correction system.
MM charts of #24680 and #23728 before the presumed maneuvre are

The maneuvre might have been delayed several weeks, into Dec.!
