Hi again,

Yesterday (Dec.21) Russian NTV channel aired report from the Tajikistan site
of Russian Space Surveillance System. The reporter told that the 'military
astronomers' (sic!) there detected maneuvers by two KeyHole 11 satellites
(name as reported) correlated with U.S.-British strikes at Iraq and aimed for
better coverage of Nothern Iraq. I presume they were talking about USA 86, 
USA 116 and/or USA 129.
