The missing decay notices for #25499, the aux motor, have not
materialised on OIG's website.

                -----------------------------

There is, however, a further decay notice for the Orbcomm 9 rocket:
Object Notice issued Predicted decay
                                       UTC UTC
#25120 = Orbcomm 9 Pegasus r Dec 21 09:04 Dec 28 09:33 +-4d

My own calculation is in good agreement, showing decay at December 28.3
+-1.4 day. The latest elset is:

Orbc9 Pegasus r 1.3 1.0 0.0 7.0 d 304 x 216 km
1 25120U 97084J 98355.46549551 .00948311 97681-5 96731-3 0 4050
2 25120 44.9504 302.9919 0066188 131.3138 229.3357 16.05231558 56075

                -----------------------------

Elsets for the decaying Lacrosse 2 (Titan 4) rocket (#21148 = 91- 17 B)
are now being released by OIG's server after previously being
classified. The first one became available on December 16 but they are
still issued with the header line "TITAN 4 R/B No elements available".
The latest (with my own header) is:

Lacrosse 2 r 9.8 3.0 0.0 5.0 288 x 264 km
1 21148U 91017B 98355.53406637 .00346515 55303-4 68525-3 0 194
2 21148 67.9589 339.9853 0017438 75.6607 284.6530 15.99488353 61972

The decay list I issued yesterday has my prediction for its decay on
January 6. Expect the first decay notice any day now.
