Allen,
USA 129 is not currently sunlit close enough to the equator for observers
at 35S. Its visiblity here coincided with my absence from Adelaide ,
going to Eurosom and USA.
USA 116 is a morning object, and I will look for it when the weather
clears. I looked for USA-86 during its evening pass on Friday dec 18, and
saw nothing + or -5 minutes from the prediction using the elset you
mention. I will be looking over a longer window when weather clears.
At this time of year we often get long spells of clear weather.
