Decay watch update: December 20

As Harro Zimmer has noted, we are still awaiting the final decay notices
for #25499, the aux motor. It is possible that the problems that caused
OIG to be off-line for several hours on Saturday may also have caused
them to miss several decay notices from USSPACECOM - perhaps these will
appear once OIG staff return after the weekend.
One further decay notice has appeared:

My current prediction for this shows decay on December 28 +-2 days, with
a possibility that forecast increased geomagnetic activity over the next
few days may bring it down earlier rather than later.

There are a number of decayers from yesterday's launch of two more
Iridium satellites by a Long March rocket. None of the objects from this
launch have been identified yet in OIG's database. The following elsets,
