Hello SeeSat-L,
I have just subscribed for the first time. This is an
introductory message.
I am located about 22 miles from NASA/JSC inside
Houston, Texas'inner loop (Loop 610), about one (1) mile
from the end of refinery row (Hwy 225), and about
eight (8) miles west of the glow of downtown Houston.
Included in my dirty fishbowl are two (2) street lights
in the curve that I live on and street lights every
100 feet down the street in both directions. Humidity
is usually 80 percent or above. Have I hurt my
credibility that I could ever see a satellite? (g)
I am fortunate in being near NASA/JSC because I often
hear astronauts communicating with JSC as they pass
near; however, I'm sorry I won't be able to report the
highly interesting and informative content of these
"radio" conversations on SeeSat-L.
