Yes it is Brian, though my personal experience is that this is most
likely in the evening low in the NE close to shadow entry.Since I have not
followed HST much in last couple of years, others may have observations
to contribute.

Not really, as the orientation of HST depends on what object it is pointing at in the course of its observing programme. This is of course known
to the HST operations people a day ot two in advance, and possibly
to others via the status information, but not a week in advance to 
anybody , so nobody is going to write such a programme.
