The MPM program shows a possible decay date - based on ELSET 98352.794... -
for the SL 12 R/B (SSC 24499) early at
                        Dec 19, 04:25 UTC (47.3°, 139.4° E)
around perigee. But the lifetime could one or two revs longer. My programs - and 
also tbe programs of USSPACECOM - have difficulties with high eccentricities 
combined with very low perigees.
A "normal" candidate is the PEGASUS R/B. I agree completely with Alans prediction 
and deliver with SGP 4 and MPM:
                        Dec 28, 01.00 UTC  +/- 2 days
