Centaur R/B decay

In its final report USSPACECOM gives a decay time for 1993-77 B - Centaur R/B -
                     at Dec 17,  07:50:00 UTC. 

But this is only a calculation. The decay window - also released by USSPACECOM - 
is +/- 12 hours and the last posted ELSET have the epoch 350.50250571 (noon UTC,
Dec 16 !) It seems not impossible that the decay was some hours earlier then the
calculated time. It would be very interesting to see a more realistic "post
mortem" information about the reentry of the Centaur.
