Hello everyone,

Here are my observations for the evening of Dec. 16 1998 :

Intl ID USSC Name UTC time Timing Mag Elset epoch

78105 B 11112 Cosmos 1048 r 22:42:19 Early 1.5 s 5.5 98337.123
92093 B 22285 Cosmos 2227 r 22:46:55 Late 2.5 s 2.5 98337.498
96069 A 24670 Cosmos 2335 23:03:27 On time ? 98350.889
90050 C 20691 NOSS 2-1 (C) 23:09 Within 1 m 5 98330.719
90050 D 20692 NOSS 2-1 (D) 23:09 Within 1 m 5 98337.733
82118 A 13736 DMSP B5D2-1 23:37:23 Early 1.5 s 5.5 98337.135

Important notes about NOSS obs. :
1- Could not time the pass precisely because I inadvertently depress my
   stopwatch stop button without knowing.
2- WHERE WAS NOSS 2-1 E ? Couldn't see it with my 7 x 35 binocs.
C was preceding D in line with the velocity vector toward the east.

For Cosmos 2335, I didn't have time to make a good magnitude estimate
before it went into shadow.

All timings exact within 1 sec.
Positions taken with star background by SatSpy using molczan.tle
