Evidently USSPACECOM has the same problems with the decay prediction of
1993-77B (SSC 22928) Centaur R/B that we have. The last two ELSETs (UTC this
morning) shows a somewhat irregular behavior. Their new forecast is now
Dec 17, 06:11 UTC +/- 14 hours
MPM and SGP4 prediction programs shows again an earlier reentry:
Dec 16, 17:40 UTC +/- 03 hours
