Got my first (and only) chance to see STS-88 this morning. The sky was clear but dawn had already broken. ISS followed STS-88 by exactly 99 seconds. The STS track was about 0.5 degrees below the mag +2 star UMa-Beta, ISS "touched" the same star. In relationship to one another, both sats were about the same brightness when they passed UMa-Beta--I'd estimate between mag 0 and -1. Ralph McConahy 34.8829N 117.0064W 670m
