Today's updated decay notice from OIG for this Centaur rocket predicts
re-entry for December 17 at 08:58 UTC +- 2 days. My own analysis also
brings the decay slightly forward, but only to December 18.1 +-0.7 day.

The latest elset -

Telstar 401 Centaur r 1778 x 119 km

- shows it running 44 seconds early on the prediction I posted
yesterday.
