Thank you very much for posting this.  This is wonderful information to 
have. 
 
Those of us who attempt to keep the general public (i.e., taxpayers and 
ultimate owners of bright satellites) informed about visibility of these 
important outposts need to know well in advance of any maneuvers which 
might affect the general character of a pass (twilight, altitude, etc.). 
Even a couple minutes in pass time is a huge nuisance to correct if not 
known until the day before the pass. 
 
Do you already know the UT hour of these planned maneuvers, or can you 
point us in the direction of more detail, even if it will be awhile before 
that is known?
