A reboost was performed today (Dec 8 20:36 UT) rasing Babylon 1's orbit
from 210 to 215 nautical miles. I didn't check whether or not the second
reboost on the 11th is still on or not.
Raising the orbit reduces the mean motion (the number of orbits a satellite
makes in a day). The Earth continues to rotate at the same speed.
The rest is left as an exercise for the reader. ;-)
