It is difficult to link Jonathan Swiller's observation of December 4 at
21:25 with any known decayers. The three objects I show decaying nearest
that time are:
 24237 = 94- 29 LL  STEP-2 Pegasus deb  at about December  4.6 (UTC)
 21337 = 75- 52 BF  Nimbus 6 Delta deb  at about December  4.7
 25534 = 86- 17 MV  Mir deb             at       December  5.3

The first of these, the Pegasus debris, has an orbital plane which is
too far away. There was an elset for the Mir debris object with an epoch
almost three hours after the event, so this must be ruled out too. The
plane of the middle object is much better, but I am unable to link a
pass at the observed time with an evolution from the earlier elsets. For
the record, here are the final two published elsets for this:
Nimbus 6 Delta deb                               425 x 376 km
