Hi Jay,

You may already know this, but if you are running under a Windows
environment,  if you click on
    the START button,
    then FIND,
    FILES & FOLDERS - you can search on a text string
    using the CONTAINING TEXT section, and
    the specific subdirectory in the LOOK IN area

    there is also an ADVANCED button - so you can limit the text to the type
of file

    The advantage here is that if you have incorporated any eMail message
text into a non eMail note  or letter, it will find the "text or word"
