Well, SWAS, the Submillimeter Wave Astronomy
Satellite, due to launch both first on Dec 2 and then
Dec 3 has been delayed again because of weather.
I'm not sure how bright this sat will be, it is relatively small,
only about 400 pounds (Pegasus launcher), and it is supposed
to be in a relatively high orbit, 600 km.
