The last released ELSET (98336.62432160) predicted with MPM a decay time at
Dec 2, 19:14 UTC( 58.4°S, 85.7°W)
on a northbound pass. This is identical with Alans last prediction. The decay
message appeared at about 21:15 UTC at the OIG board. Alans suggestion that the
reentry was perhaps on the preceding perigee seems also very probable.
