Almost true but there were 3 other Kosmos satellites which didn't receive an
'official' number:

Kosmos U1: 1966-88A/2437:  FOBS test
Kosmos U2: 1966-101A/2536: FOBS test
Kosmos U3: 1985-53A/15842: Suborbital Zenit test with some fragments
reaching orbit.


So this would make 2351 Kosmos satellites.
